Else learning chinese as a subject will be a super duper chore at school next time for him, given the syllabus is getting tougher. U will then be stressed and pay more money to get him to study in a expensive tuition centre and may still fail...
not trying to scare u or pour cold water! My aunt is regretting not speaking to her 3 kids in Chinese coz pri 1 all fail chinese liao!
